Blog Information & Announcements

  Please Read The Following:

On the first page of the blog, you will be automatically directed to Home. There, you will see the five most recent posts. Each post has a label aka subject. The Blog is divided in to the following subjects: Visual Media (This is where all videos and screenshots on specific matches or anything related to GU will be posted), Daily Stats (This is where the daily stats of new team change and ranks, new player ranks and changes, and where matches and activity will be posted), Events / New GU Information (This is where any events or new GU information will be posted). These are the subjects for now. Pages are slightly different. Pages are huge text blended in one to create one post. The following pages are: Blog Information & Announcements (This is where all the information and important announcements about the blog will be posted), New User To GU League? (This is where guides, and tutorials within the GU League will be posted), Contact Us (This is where you can contact us about *anything* related to GU League or the blog. This is also where you can contact us to do Post Requests)

In the Home Page, only a maximum of the five most recent posts will show. To show the more older posts, scroll to bottom of the page and click the "Older Posts" button. This will show you the next five recent posts and so on. Also, in every post, there is a label at the end of the post near the comment area. These labels are links to certain pages that show all the posts related to the label/subject. Some posts may have multiple labels since they may show multiple subjects, so they may appear more than once in the blog.

In The Gadgets, there will sometimes be a poll, which you can vote on. There is also Page Tabs near the bottom of the Title of the Blog. This will lead you to the pages mentioned. Again, pages are big chunks of text like this one all combined in to one post. The Home page are the most recent posts. Also, a very important gadget under the Poll or on the right side of the main text area, there is a Subjects Tab. This is very important. If you click on one of the subjects, the Blog will redirect you to a page with all of the related posts there. The blog archive is also useful. With the blog archive, you can view all the posts (not in order by subject, but in order by time).

We are an organization who are dedicated to blogging for the BZFlag community.

Contributors: Snake12534[depchet]: I had been a GU League player since January 2012. I am honored today for presenting BZFlag a blog on a very successful league, GU League.

What To Expect 

1. You can expect daily matches that will be highlighted in  this blog.
2. You can expect the latest news and events.
3. You will be reading reviews on teams and be viewing videos / screenshots on matches/events.
4. Anything GU-League Related

 What We Would Appreciate

We would appreciate if you guys shared this blog with other players within the GU League community. We would also appreciate if you guys comment on most posts and give us feedback on what you guys think.

Post Requests

We do post requests. In other words, you guys can ask any question or a request to post about on our blog that is GU League related. We will most likely post your requests.

For example: "What do you think about Black Bird's Offense in the 3:00 GMT 3/4/14 Match?"
                     "What happened to Firebirds? Can you write a post on that?"
                     "Can you write a guide on how to _______"
                     "Please include _____ in your blog"
                     "What happened at (name event)?"
         Any other question that is related to GU League or the Blog will be read and approved.
